Certified suspension for counters Certified Latex suspension for liquid counter validation. This is a cost effective and convenient product for validating liquid particle counters. Packaged in single-use bottles and intended to be sampled directly from the bottle, it eliminates the need for serial dilutions and extensive sample handling, thereby minimizing contamination. It was developed for manufacturers of parenteral drugs and ophthalmic solutions seeking interim verification of USP 788 and 789 (Particulate Matter in Injections and Particulate Matter in Ophthalmic Solutions). The particles are suspended in an ultraclean diluent and the concentration is optimized for use in light obscuration particle counters and other low concentration counting applications. The particle diameters are traceable to the Standard Meter through the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).) | |

Intensely dyed monodisperse particles.(1-50 microns) Intensely dyed monodisperse particles. The intensely dyed monodisperse particles have been developed for use in applications like filter testing, flow tracing, medical diagnostics, and biotechnology. The particles, based on polystyrene and polystyrene copolymers, come in a wide variety of sizes, dyes, and functionalities. Using specifically designed dyeing processes, intensely colored particles with complete dye retention are obtained. Particles come as 5 wt.-% aqueous dispersions. With larger beads, also dry powders are available. The main product characteristics include : Size range from 500 nm to 1000 µm. Currently dark blue and dark red colors available Narrow size distribution (CV < 3 %). High lot-to-lot reproducibility. Spherical particles with smooth surface. Surface functionalities (carboxyl, amino, and epoxy groups) available on request. Colored polymer particles : 1, 2, 4, 10, 25, 30, 50 (Blue) : Pack sizes : Aqueous dispersions (50 mg/ml) : 10 ml, other packing are availables : 15 ml, 50 ml Powders : 500 mg, 750 mg, 2500 mg (> 5 µm)-> Surface modifications or other colors and particle diameters than listed upon request.. |
