Industrial powder mixers

Industrial V mixers are used to obtain a perfect homogenization of solids products in industrial sectors (except pharmacy and food). The V mixer container is made of stainless steel (304) for industrial applications and it is manufactured with an internal and external mirror polishing. They have two loading inlets and one outlet, with a butterfly typed valve to facilitate the mixture exit and a intensification mechanism. The useful capacity to obtain an ideal homogenization is the 50 % of the mixture volume 220/380 V (50 Hz) ; Engine 1500 rpm Reductor : 34 rpm ; Capacity : 75 liters ; Operating instructions manual ; CE. Gross weight and dimensions aprox are : 400 Kg and 220 * 60 * 170 cm. Includes Electrical control box with the following : ON/OFF/Safety buttons and frequency variator. Allows speed control between 0 and 45 rpm.
