You only need to have your own clean room counter (compatible with ISO 14644 standard, for exemple Lasair, Climet (ex. CI 200) or Lighthouse SOLAIR 1100 Plus not included in this kit). Includes : one aerosol generator ATM 226 : simple and robust, ideal for filter and clean room testing, with its patented double injector design and built-in air compressor. Flow rate is adjusted with a needle valve. Commonly used liquids include : DEHS, DOP, Emery 3004, paraffines, latex, suspensions, salty solutions, etc.(Pressure : 8 bars, flow : 50-250 l/h ; mass flow max.2.5 g/h ; max. Counter-pressure 100 mbar ; particules : 5 to 25 10 to the order of 12 particles/heures. Also includes a DIL554 diluter 1:100 1cfm (28.3 l/min ; can be 2.8 or other value on special request) and a rectangular sampling probe SYS529 15 mm x 80 mm (0,45 m/s), tubing diameter 8 mm. The diluter will work only for the flow rate that you have specified. This kit is definitively compatible with ISO CD 14644. Also includes 5 meters of antistatic tubing and 50 ml of DEHS.
