Back to topA website intended for professionals
The website is intended solely for professionals acting in the course of their business: laboratories, manufacturers, research and testing bodies. It is not intended for consumers within the meaning of French consumer law.
Requests sent through the contact form are handled as business enquiries. Published documents, prices and specifications are to be understood accordingly.
Back to topUse of the website
You may consult the website and download the documents it provides for the purposes of your professional activity, provided that every copy retains in full the ownership notices they bear.
Any other use requires our prior written consent. This excludes in particular modification, reproduction for commercial purposes, redistribution, publication on another website, and incorporation into a third party's information system.
Automated extraction of the content - scraping, mirroring, building derived databases - is not permitted.
Back to topIntellectual property
All elements of the website - texts, images, diagrams, documentation, trade marks and logos - are protected. The trade marks and names of the manufacturers whose products we distribute belong to their respective owners and are reproduced solely to identify the products concerned.
Nothing in this document may be construed as granting any licence over those elements.
Back to topPrices and commercial confidentiality
Prices and terms communicated to you are personal to you and intended for a genuine purchasing process. They are not public information.
Consulting them for comparative or competitive analysis, whether on your own behalf or for a third party, misuses the website. We reserve the right to suspend access.
Unless stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of tax. They do not constitute a binding offer: only a written quotation binds us, within its stated period of validity.
Back to topElectronic invoicing
Our invoices are issued in the Factur-X format: a PDF/A-3 file carrying embedded invoicing data as XML. The document remains readable as an ordinary invoice while being machine-processable by your accounting system, with no re-keying.
The format complies with European standard EN 16931, which defines the semantic model for electronic invoicing. It is accepted by Chorus Pro for French public-sector customers.
For submission to Chorus Pro, our identifiers are: SIREN 915 105 977, SIRET 915 105 977 00010. Please give us the commitment or contract number where your organisation requires one: without it, the submission is rejected.
Back to topDownloaded software and documents
Any software offered for download is governed by its own licence, supplied with it. Do not install it before you have read and accepted that licence.
Technical documentation is provided for information. Instrument specifications may change; only the documentation supplied with the delivered instrument is authoritative.
Back to topLinks to other websites
The website may link to third-party sites, in particular those of the manufacturers. Those sites are outside our control and we accept no responsibility for their content.
You may link to the website freely, provided the link does not mislead as to the origin of the content and does not display our pages inside a third-party frame.
